The SFA Beginning Fencing Program

Our beginning fencing program is perfect for those who have never fenced before. We teach students aged 7 years old to adult. Wherever you are in Sonoma or Marin County, we have a program near you. Check the schedule below to see which class is most convenient for you.

Fencing is a sport that requires the development of both physical and mental fitness. Kids learn the value of self-discipline as they focus on building their skills as a fencer. All the while, you can be sure they are getting plenty of exercise.

Teenagers and adults aren't left out of the mix either. They receive all the same benefits of sharpening mental discipline and engaging in physical activity, while learning about a sport with centuries of history and tradition.
