Our intermediate and advanced fencing programs produce some of the best fencers in the Bay Area, and the nation. We're proud of our students, and push them to achieve their fullest potential in the international sport of fencing.
The Sonoma Fencing Academy provides year-round training, with classes for all levels of fencers as well as private lessons for individual students. Our program provides group footwork and exercises, but doesn't neglect the individual attention so necessary for every student to succeed. Private lessons from the coaches helps fencers perfect form and technique, while ample time is given to in-club bouting.
Our elite fencing team trains hard for many hours every week in order to travel to local and national competitions and take top honors in nearly every event. Not only do our junior fencers become highly skilled competitive fencers, but they also develop a sense of camaraderie and develop friendships that last for years to come.
